1. General Terms

GLOBAL STOCK – Outlet Warehouse, Clothes Wholesale, facilitates product purchases through the website www.global-stock.eu, by telephone (Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:00 CET), or in person at our headquarters.

All prices are listed net (excluding VAT) and are valid at the time of order placement. GLOBAL STOCK reserves the right to modify pricing, update product offerings, introduce new items, or cancel promotional campaigns without prior notice.

2. Ordering Process

To place an order, customers must register an account and complete the online order form. Orders that cannot be confirmed within three (3) business days are subject to automatic cancellation.

Order fulfillment is contingent upon product availability in our warehouse. In the event of partial stock availability, the customer may opt to:
– accept a partial order,
– extend the processing period, or
– cancel the order.

3. Payment Options

Accepted payment methods include:
– Bank transfer (mandatory for international shipments)
– Cash on delivery (available for local pickup within Poland)

A proforma invoice with payment instructions will be issued upon order confirmation. Order processing commences upon receipt of payment. Submission of a payment confirmation may expedite dispatch.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Orders are dispatched within one to three (1–3) business days following payment confirmation. Available delivery methods:
– Courier shipping via our logistics partners
– Self-arranged transport by the customer
– In-person collection from our warehouse (by prior arrangement)

Shipping fees depend on parcel dimensions, weight, delivery method, and destination. All quoted delivery costs are estimates and are non-binding.

5. Products and Warranties

Products are sold in predefined, mixed packages by item category (e.g., jackets, trousers, dresses). Contents cannot be customized. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect actual package contents.

All merchandise is outlet or surplus stock and is sold without a manufacturer’s warranty. A minor proportion (up to 5%) of items may exhibit defects, consistent with the nature of outlet goods.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

6. Legal Notice

Submission of an order via our website, email, or telephone constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All product listings serve as an invitation to treat and do not constitute an offer under the Polish Civil Code.

In any matters not regulated herein, the relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.
All legal disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Nowy Sącz, Poland.

7. Personal Data & Privacy

By registering or submitting personal data on our website, the user consents to the processing of this data for purposes including order fulfillment, invoicing, and marketing (in accordance with the GDPR and Polish data protection legislation).

The customer also consents to receive commercial communications via email, telephone, or post, in line with the Act of July 18, 2002 on electronic service provision.

Data may be shared with trusted third parties solely for logistical and business operation purposes.

– While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, GLOBAL STOCK is not liable for typographical errors or omissions.
– We are not responsible for any technical issues, including system damage or data loss, resulting from the use of our website.
– Use of the website signifies consent to our use of cookies.

9. Final Provisions
